I made a couple of comments: the only one I can remember off the top of my head was about EmailMessage (if I remember correcty) heirarchy. You had NNTP message inheriting from EmailMessage - the two are both messages, but NNTP != email. I also wondered where you might later put RSS message, or blog-comment message, or Saved IM message... all under EmailMessage?

The other one was more important... umm... I believe it was the executable file branch- but I'd have to see the chart again to refresh my memory.

Too bad you lost it, it had some great comments on it (obviously other than mine)
